Billy's Central

I visited in the morning for brunch and it is such a cosy environment to grab food and catch up with friends or just relax at the start of a day. My partner and I ordered the Korean Burger, Hash & Salmon and Tiramisu Hotcakes. I really loved the flavour of the hotcakes - the tiramisu cream and honey poured on top are so yum 😊 The Korean Burger was also not bad with a flavourful gochujang sauce and a decent amount of chips on the side. I found the smoked salmon and block of hash brown to be a pretty heavy meal but the poached egg on top was a good idea. *Invited by Billy’s Central and Liva Media PR*

@billyscentral 📍Hidden upstairs towards emporium is Billy’s Central- and their fluffy tiramisu hotcakes are to die for- yum ($28)🤌🏻☕️ 🥞 Chicken waffles came with egg waffle ($28) & the chicken was juicy & flavourful. Their Green Genie Smoothie was delish ($10.50). Ice latte $6 was massive! Matcha $6.50 for a regular- but was more on the milky side - would have liked stronger. 👌🏻🍵

Though we're not typically early risers, a need for last-minute shopping led us to opt for breakfast instead of our usual brunch. By 10:30, the café was bustling, with coffee orders chiming non-stop. Despite the rush hour, the barista continued crafting her latte art flawlessly—I'm always a fan of a beautifully designed swan! The Asian chili scramble with a side of croissant—it's an incredible blend of heat and flakiness that's just perfect! And the Raspberry Rose Panna Cotta? Absolutely irresistible! This healthy delight features rose water-infused fresh raspberry panna cotta served with house-made granola, seasonal fruits, passion fruit coulis, and strawberry floss. Heading for a shopping spree? The food was fantastic! Presentation was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Tried this place for breakfast. I had the Asian Chilli Scrambled with Croissant and Bacon Benny. I was impressed by it all. Coffee was good, probably a 10 out of 10 but the food definitely made the experience worth it. The place itself is really nice too. Would recommend and will be back there with friends for sure !

Incredible food! Went here just because we wanted a quick brunch, ended up with our taste buds wanting more from this unbelievable food! We both had the salmon on Hash, which has turned into my new favourate go too breakfast! Perfectly cooked, delicate yet strong flavours, refreshing and heartly too. worth the 26AUS (I think). Set by the bridge in between Melb Central and Emporium, Billy's Central is a spot we've passed many times and delightfully an underrated gem, with a nice view and natural lighting, for those who sit "outside" in the mall area rather than shop. The food isn't just pretty and a carousel of colors but delicious too. . 🔮 Purple Nebula smoothie 🧃 Ruby Tuesday cold pressed juice 🍨 Raspberry rose panna cotta $21 🥐 Asian chilli scramble w croissant 🐟 Hash & Salmon - those were capers! . A spicy chilli scrambled eggs, with coriander? Always. Toast upgraded to a croissant made it just that much more awesome. A classic well done. My savory pick was the crispy hash brown and salmon rose, with kale pesto, dill cream cheese and hello fried capers, something we've never had before. The highlight was the show stopping, jiggling panna cotta! We LOVE persian cotton candy, the panna cotta itself was perfect in texture and flavour, surrounded in a bed of fresh fruits and granola incorporating it back into the brunch menu. Prices are typical brunch prices but that panna cotta was only $21 - a great deal. .
